My books are currently closed. This means my schedule is full and I am unable to take on any more new requests right now. I open my schedule a few times a year and book 3-4 months at a time. Once full, I close my schedule again because it is difficult to plan further out than that. Unfortunately I do not have enough time to accommodate everyone, but if you are interested in booking in the future please be sure to sign up for my email list and you will be notified when I start scheduling next.
ESTIMATES/PRICING
My hourly rate is $125/hr. There are many factors that will affect the final price of a tattoo including the design, how much detail there is, the size, placement, as well as how the skin takes ink and how well you sit. After discussing these things I will give you an ballpark estimate based on how long I think it will take me to do your tattoo. Keep in mind all quotes are only an estimate and are subject to change based on the completed design.
CONSULTATIONS
I like to have a consultation with my clients before their appointment to be sure that I have a clear understanding of what they would like. This can be done through email or, if you prefer to discuss your ideas in person you can schedule a free, 15-30 minute consultation.
During your consultation we will go over your options and I can answer any questions you might have. It is good for you to already have fairly specific ideas in regards to subject matter, size and placement. I encourage you to bring or send me any visual references which will help me better understand your ideas- this could be images from the internet, sketches, photographs, or objects.
Please note: I will not copy someone else’s work but I am happy to draw something similar that is custom just for you!
At the end of your consult there is no obligation to continue, but if you decide to go forward we will set you up with an appointment and you will be required to leave a deposit.
DEPOSITS
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking all appointments. The deposit will secure your appointment time, go towards the time it will take me to complete your design, and will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo. Your deposit will become void if you do not show up for your appointment, fail to reschedule without 24 hours notice, or you reschedule three consecutive times. Keep in mind that if you continue to repeatedly reschedule on me I will doubt your seriousness and you could be dropped as a client.
MY DESIGN PROCESS
I do not draw up designs until the day before the appointment and after you have confirmed you are coming. Understandably people sometimes need to reschedule or they change their mind of what they want as the appointment approaches. This allows me to prioritize and fully focus my attention on the next thing I need to tattoo. For larger pieces I will send a rough sketch to be sure I am headed in the right direction but if I get all the needed info from you during your consult I should everything I need to create the perfect design. You will receive an appointment reminder 72 hours before your appointment, please be sure to confirm!
You will be able to approve your final linework the day of your appointment in the studio. If you are unhappy with it for any reason, I will work with you to make the needed changes to be sure you love it! The appointment will be rescheduled if the design can not be changed while you wait or the time can be used to collaboratively work on the design, if needed to get it right.
